US Domestic Shipping

All shipping fees are automatically calculated upon checkout. All orders purchased with standard shipping are sent via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio each Thursday. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

For Standard Shipping please allow 10-14 days from placing your order to receive your items. For Express Shipping allow for 2 days processing and 3-5 days from placing your order to receive your items. Please note you may experience longer processing times during the holiday season (November / December) due to with an influx of orders.


International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not ship international orders at this time.

Home Fragrance + Found Objects

We do not accept returns or exchanges on home fragrance items at this time. All products are carefully inspected for imperfections or damage before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@maedebyrose.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to replace the item for you.


MAÉDE Marketplace

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for a refund or store credit, unless the item is noted as final sale.

To initiate a return, please email us at orders@maedebyrose.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
